Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using JetLag Reset (the "App"), provided by JetLag Reset LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Description of Service
JetLag Reset is a wellness and travel-planning tool that provides circadian scheduling guidance and travel itinerary support. JetLag Reset is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Accounts
No account is needed to use the App during the launch period. Paid versions may require one. Where you do have an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account with others, transfer it without our permission, or create more than one personal account.
Your Commitments to Us
You will not: provide false information when creating your account, or create an account on behalf of anyone but yourself without their permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, our servers, or any account other than your own; probe, scan, or test the App's systems for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measure; use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or similar tools to access, extract, or reproduce any part of the App or its content — including for machine learning, AI model training, or similar data-extraction purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying calculation logic behind your personalized plan; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation, or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure; or use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to violate the rights of others.
Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or our website, and are subject to the applicable billing, renewal, and refund policies. The price is shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law, consistent with the specific commitments above.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
The App does not determine, and is not intended to determine, whether you are fit, alert, or safe to drive, operate machinery, work, or perform any other activity at any given time. Nap timing, Light Exposure guidance, and every other recommendation in the App are general, informational guidance — not an assessment of your actual, individual alertness or fitness for any task. The App provides informational and decision-support guidance based on circadian science; it does not provide real-time, operational, or safety-critical instructions, and should never be used as one. The App does not control, supervise, or take responsibility for your actual flight itinerary, travel decisions, work schedule, or any safety-related determination connected to your trip — including, without limitation, any fitness-for-duty determination for pilots, medical professionals, or other users in safety-sensitive occupations. Your plan is calculated from information you provide; if that information is incomplete, inaccurate, or becomes outdated, your plan may no longer reflect your actual situation, and keeping your trip information current is your responsibility. Individual responses to circadian guidance vary significantly between people — we cannot predict or guarantee any specific outcome for you individually. Nothing about your use of the App creates a fiduciary, advisory, medical, employment, or other special relationship between you and JetLag Reset LLC. You agree not to rely on the App as the sole basis for any decision involving your safety, work performance, transportation, or physical activity — if you have any concern about your health, alertness, or fitness for a specific task, consult a qualified professional rather than relying on the App alone. Intellectual Property
The App, including all trademarks and other intellectual property, is owned by JetLag Reset LLC and its licensors, and is protected by trademark, copyright, and trade secret law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to missed flights, travel disruption, personal injury, or any health or safety outcome connected to your use of or reliance on the App's guidance. Where liability is found despite the above, it shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you paid in the six months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.
Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any specific result.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that a violation of the restrictions in these Terms — including any attempt to reverse-engineer, extract the App's underlying calculation logic, or scrape or reproduce its content — may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that Company is entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other remedy available at law.
Termination
Company may suspend or terminate your access to the App at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms, at the request of law enforcement, at your own request (account deletion), or if the App is discontinued or materially modified.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action. Any claim must be brought within three (3) months of when it arises, or it is permanently barred.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
Company may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The App's content and features may also change over time, and we make no commitment to keep any specific feature, description, or piece of content current or unchanged.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us about the App are non-confidential, and we're free to use them without any obligation or compensation to you.
Availability, Export, and Local Law
The App may not be available in every country or region, and some features may be limited or unavailable depending on your location. If you access the App from outside the United States, you're responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are, including applicable export control and sanctions laws. Any offer, feature, or subscription is void where prohibited by law.
Electronic Communication Acknowledgment
By using the App, you acknowledge that internet and electronic transmissions are never completely private or secure, and that any information you send through the App could potentially be intercepted, even where encryption is used.
Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked third party — use of any linked site is at your own discretion and risk.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
